On Tuesday, December 15th, 2015, an agreement was concluded between Adhoc Network and ByBox SAS enabling Adhoc Network Group to build a proposition combining pre-8:00am delivery in France with a unique coverage of drop points, field stock locations and electronic or key lockers.

 

ByBox, launched in 2000 in the United Kingdom, has a strong reputation for innovative solutions and is a leading player in field support supply chain solutions. ByBox achieved 2015 revenues over 100M€. Today, ByBox licenses its unique technology to partners in over 10 countries across the world. This technology includes ByBox’ market-leading ThinventoryTM software platform designed to systematically optimize the field service supply chain, as well as market-leading locker-based solutions to automate Click&Collect operations for retailers. Adhoc will continue to license ByBox’ ThinventoryTM software platform.

 

ByBox France was established in 2007 and partnered with Adhoc Network for the distribution of spare parts into the lockers.

 

Adhoc Network, created in 2006, became the first network dedicated to the delivery of spare parts before 8:00am. Its success rests on a network completely consisted of light vehicles (not liable for the speed limits of trucks) and on a strong specialization of its logistic solutions.

 

Recently, Adhoc Network widened its activities to more demanding sectors such as Healthcare and Electronics.

 

Beyond the solutions from which they already benefit, the customers of Adhoc Network and ByBox can realize immediate commercial and operational synergies.

 

The ByBox team will be welcomed from January 1st, 2016 on the new Hub of Collégien (77).
